Yvonne Lou / 楼潆文 (she/her) is a multidisciplinary set designer and visual artist, currently attending NYU Tisch's Drama Production and Design program. Having lived and studies in Shanghai and Los Angeles, her multicultural experience has nurtured her creativity and philosophy deeply.
She believes in spatial storytelling as a thought-provoking and transformative discipline. Her design strives to be a part of the collaborative force that visualizes the world and its emotions. She dabbles into graphic design and visual art as part of her passion for world-building and emotion-seeking. She also actively work on all fronts of production, and has recently stage managed a new full-length play The Duck in the Tisch Mainstage production series.
Aside from performing arts, Yvonne is currently pursuing minors in Architecture Studies / Urban Design as well as Business of Entertainment, Media & Technology. In her free time, she peruses IKEA sample rooms, reads books on philosophy and is an avid fan of the SCP Foundation and Backroom series.
